Website terms of use

These terms govern the use of this website. They do not govern a charter engagement — that is the subject of our brokerage terms.

01

Scope

This website is operated by Black Standard. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02

Information, not an offer

All content is published for information purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of availability or an assurance of characteristics.

03

Price calculator

The price calculator returns a non-binding indication derived from market ranges for the aircraft class, sector length and mission profile entered.

It is not an offer and not an assurance of price. A binding price arises only after operator checks on availability, slots, permits, payload and acceptance, and only in a written quotation.

04

Aircraft data

Payloads, volumes, ranges and door dimensions shown for aircraft types are planning values drawn from public sources and manufacturer material.

They are not operator commitments. Actual figures depend on the individual aircraft, its configuration, the operator, weather, runway data and regulatory constraints.

05

Availability

The site is provided without any warranty of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical faults or third-party outages may cause downtime, and we may change or discontinue content at any time.

06

Copyright

Texts, images, graphics, layout and the underlying code are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution or use beyond what applicable copyright law permits requires our prior written consent. Quoting individual passages with a source reference and a link is permitted.

07

External links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We have no influence on their content, and no responsibility is accepted for it. At the time of setting a link, no infringing content was apparent.

08

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Karlsruhe, Germany, as far as legally permissible.
