Operators are checked for AOC validity, insurance, aircraft configuration and route authority for the specific mission before a price is put in front of you.

We do not quote capacity that has not been checked with an operator, and we do not confirm acceptance of restricted commodities before the operator has accepted them in writing.

Project cargo to remote sites

Energy and project charters are usually constrained by the destination rather than the cargo: short or unpaved runways, limited loading equipment, restricted fuel and few handling options.

That is why aircraft selection, airport survey and the ground plan are done together. An aircraft that can lift the piece but cannot be turned around at the field is not a solution.

Sequencing multi-flight programmes

Large projects move in a sequence: survey and tooling first, main components next, spares and consumables around the erection schedule. We plan the rotations against the site programme instead of quoting flights in isolation.

Permits, customs and local transport are prepared ahead of the first arrival, which is where most project delays actually occur.
