Broker, not operator

Cargo Charter Network does not operate aircraft and employs no flight crew. Every flight is performed by a licensed operator we source, compare and coordinate.

Operator selection

Operators are checked for AOC validity, insurance, aircraft configuration and route authority for the specific mission before a price is put in front of you.

One accountable contact

The same person handles sourcing, contract, permits, handling and flight watch, so there is no handover gap between quote and arrival.

We do not quote capacity that has not been checked with an operator, and we do not confirm acceptance of restricted commodities before the operator has accepted them in writing.

Operational detail

Operator acceptance first

For battery and high-value electronics the binding question is which operator accepts the commodity. We resolve acceptance before presenting a price, not after.

Shock and tilt evidence

Indicators are read and photographed at every handover. A documented chain protects the claim position if a unit arrives out of tolerance.

Security at the station

Not every airport can offer sealed storage or restricted apron access. Station capability is part of the aircraft shortlist for valuable loads.

Batteries decide who can fly the shipment

Lithium-ion cells, packs and installed batteries fall under strict IATA provisions. State of charge, packing instruction and net quantity per package determine whether an operator accepts the load at all, and some refuse regardless of paperwork.

We screen operator acceptance in parallel with availability, so the capacity presented is capacity that can actually carry the commodity.

Shock, humidity and handover control

Fab tools and populated server racks are shock-sensitive. Tilt and impact indicators, air-ride trucking and forklift-free handling define the ground scope as much as the flight itself.

For high-value consignments we agree the handover points, seal numbers and apron access in writing before the truck leaves the factory.
